TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.


We want you to feel comfortable about your personal details while contacting with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase. There is a generous full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.

  • Refund will be considered only if customer mail us at astrolimbs@gmail.com or whatapp @9801308219 within 2 hour of payment. No refund shall be entertained after expiry of two hour from the time of payment.
  • No refund shall be made if data provided by customer is incorrect. However, if customer contact us through email or whatapp within an hour from the time after sharing the details, we will consider the changes to be made and share the analysis.

 

  • Once the analysis is shared with customer and data is incorrect then, there will be neither refund nor change will be made.
  • If anyone by mistake made payment twice against the single order, then one payment will be refunded. All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by Astrolimbs.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
  • If customer received any physical product in damaged/defective/broken condition, then customer may apply for replacement or refund. To apply this Customer needs to send email to astrolimbs@gmail.com or whatapp @9801308219 with images of broken/defective/damaged products with bills and labels if any within 24 hours of delivery. All the products must be returned in the original condition as received. No refund shall be entertained by sellers after expiry of 24 hours from the date of delivery of product.
